Paris Photo 2013

It is always worth to travel to Paris. The city. The art. In Paris, this simply belongs together. The PARIS PHOTO, the international specialized fair for photographic art, is a special highlight in the art year of the French capital. It takes place annually in the Grand Palais, this year until Sunday, November 17th. Apart from current pieces of photographic art also valuable vintage prints from the early times of photography are exhibited on the world´s leading fair for photographic art.

The PARIS PHOTO is a crowd puller – also because the organizer has found a location which could not be more glamorous: the Grand Palais built in 1900.  This year, more than 136 galleries take part in the fair, among others galleries from Germany as Camera Work from Berlin, Galerie Conrads from Düsseldorf, Feroz from Bonn or Kleinschmidt from Wiesbaden. Also publishers as Hatje Cantz, Kehrer and Steidl are present. The fair management expects to welcome more than 50.000 visitors.
